1. How can I use Wholesale 4U?
Wholesale 4U is a B2B marketplace. You have to sign up as a member and be logged in to view all products and seller details. Membership for Retailers and B2B Services is FREE!

2. Who can use Wholesale 4U?
Wholesale 4U can be only used by registered businesses with an ABN, ACN and ARBN, number. For New Zealand registered businesses, must fax through their business registration pages to verify that you're a registered New Zealand business +61 (3) 9711 6443 or e-mail to account@wholesale4u.com.au. Wholesale 4U buyers are retailers, e-commerce retailers and similar. Wholesale 4U sellers are Importers / Wholesalers and Manufactures.

3. What are the costs and services from Wholesale 4U to its Members?
Wholesale 4U is a B2B marketplace that gives its members the possibility to market and sell their product or buy a product. Wholesale 4u offers a verity of different product categories where you can place your product or find the product you are looking for. Wholesale 4U gives you the possibility to contact the seller directly. Membership for Wholesalers and Manufacturers is $99 dollars for two year membership. Membership for Retailers and B2B service owners is FREE!. Becoming a Premium Member gives you the possibility to list your business in the (Business Listing) area, where your whole product range plus your complete company details are displayed, email, website URL and logo. Yearly Premium Membership costs $39 AUD.
Becoming a Basic Member gives you the possibility to list your business in the (Business Listing) area, where your complete company details are displayed, email, website URL and logo. Yearly Basic Membership costs $59 AUD.

4. How can I become a Member?
You will find the online registration form on our home page in the top menu bar. After filling out your details please check your company details, ABN and make sure all details are up to date and true. Once you've submitted your form electronically, you will be sent a verification email to the email account you provided in your registration form. Please keep this email for future reference, it has your login and password information just incase you forget those details. 5. How can I buy through Wholesale 4U?
Wholesale 4U is not an online shop where you can buy products directly via the website. Importers / Wholesalers and Manufacturers display their products on the website. Wholesale 4U is an online B2B Marketplace. To order displayed service, product or send an inquiry you must contact the seller directly via phone, facsimile or e-mail.

6. What do I have to be aware of while buying products?
You should make clear the product conditions, the average market price of the product, extra costs delivery and GST. Further you should practise due diligence while doing business with companies you never dealt with before. For your own safety we advise you to print out the product details you are interested in and also the company details. To print the product details you're interested in, use the PRINT ADVERT button provided on the right hand side of the displayed product.

7. What do I do in case of Address change?
Log in and visit your (My Account) area, there you as an active member have the possibility to change all your details everything will update automatically.

8. How can I change my Password and my e-mail address?
After login in you can change your details in your (My Account) area. There you can change your Password and e-mail address.

9. What do I do if I forgot my Password?
You will notice in the log in box text saying ( I forgot my password ) click on that link and follow the instructions. If that doesn't work please email us your problem account@wholesale4u.com.au.

10. How reliable are offers and the companies on Wholesale 4U.
Wholesale 4U is checking all ABN's and company details for their correctness after registering. Complaints will be checked by our Wholesale 4U Trade Manager. If Wholesale 4U is in doubt about membership of member/seller or buyer company will be automatically deleted. Wholesale 4U doesn't take any responsibility of false or incorrect company details, ABN's, product descriptions or product/services prices provided by Wholesale 4U members.

11. What is a "Premium Member" and "Basic Member"?
(Premium Member) is for Wholesalers/Importers and Manufacturers only. It gives you the possibility to list your business in the (Business Listing) area, where your whole product range plus your complete company details are displayed, email, website URL and logo. Yearly Premium Membership costs $39 AUD.
(Basic Member) is for Retailers and B2B services only. It gives you the possibility to list your business in the (Business Listing) area, where your complete company details are displayed, email, website URL and logo. Yearly Basic Membership costs $59 AUD

12. How can I list my products on Wholesale 4U?
After registering as a Wholesale 4U member you are able to upload and list your products or services via (My Account). Your products will be listed for 365 days, in that time your able to delete or edit product image and description. The amount of listed products per member is unlimited.
Note: Only Importers/Wholesalers and Manufacturers are able to upload and list their products.
